Eggs are my main food stable and I could go threw a carton in a few days.
I saw this recipe while pinning my life away and thought that I had to give it a go.
Avacodos have become a major hit in the past five years. It's being used on almost everything because of its health benefits but most of all it just tastes so damn good.
All you will need is:
Large to medium avacodo
Small to medium eggs
Garlic
Pepper
Now I got quite excited to make this and I didn't have the proper sized avacodo or egg and I learned that it matters! I'll show you why in a minute.
Crack the eggs and put them inside the avacodo. Place them on a baking sheet. This is were it went a little wrong....
The eggs pooled over the avacodo because there was too much egg and not a big enough avacodo. It just made a big mess not really effecting the taste.
Bake at 425 degrees for about 10-15 mins depending on how cooked you want the center.
My preference is to have the yoke as runny as possible becuase it oozes over the avacodo and gives it the best flavor.
Sprinkle any toppings desired and eat your heart out!
